i have 3 campaigns and the Guild Wars Nightfall Prerelease Bonus Pack which gives additional slot to my exsisting of 8 slots into 9

is it possible to buy the 10th slot without using a credit card?? I tried asking retail stores but they doesnt seem to know anything about slots

so please anyone help me out in this, i really need a ranger 9/10 just doenst sound nice

If you don't have access to a credit card you can easily buy those rechargeable Visa/MC cards. Has your name on it, expiration date, all that, you just prepay it and draw down on it like a gift card.
